Professor Tim Funk '00 received a $35,000 Cottrell College Science Award from the Research Corporation for Scientific Advancement.   The two-year grant, which is titled "Transition Metal-Catalyzed Oxidations of Organic Molecules", will provide funds for research supplies and materials as well as student stipends.
