Our students are encouraged to be creative through the composition of original works. The Sunderman Conservatory faculty and staff help students find opportunities for their music to be performed and recorded. Composition is also an integral part of foundation theory courses.

Advanced students may take private lessons with our composition faculty, Avner Dorman and John Jones.
