Published in Public Choice, Southern Economic Journal, Journal of Theoretical Politics, Journal of Public Economic Theory, Economics of Governance, Journal of Socio-Economics, Economics of Governance, Review of Public Personnel Administration, Topics in Economic Analysis and Policy. Recipient of the 2005 Gordon Tullock Prize for the best paper published by a young scholar in Public Choice. Recipient of Indiana University's Lieber Associate Instructor Award and American University's DPAP Excellence in Teaching Award. Teaches Current Issues in Economics, Introduction to Economics, and Econometrics.
