He is currently working on a series of articles dealing with the role of work in contemporary (post-industrial) German society and culture.
He is also working on a bilingual novel with the title "Scheinroman - a Note from Germany" in which readers will follow the adventures of a 100 Mark bill and, by doing so, circulate through the confusing landscape of Germany at the time of its unification in 1990.
