Eleanor B Pella

Eleanor B. Pella has been a registered dietitian for over 25 years. Her mission and business, Let’s Talk Food, is to TELL people how food, fitness, and fun can work together! She has created many unique food experiences teaching in hospitals, elementary to college classrooms, private kitchens to prison kitchens, community gardens to grocery stores, and cruise ships to lecture podiums. She received her Master’s Degree in Nutrition Education from Hood College, Frederick, Maryland, in 1998, almost twenty years after obtaining a Bachelor’s of Science in Dietetics from the University of Arkansas in 1979. Her dietetic internship was at the University of Arkansas Medical Science Center in 1980. Would you like to hear her call the Hogs? Eleanor is an adjunct nutrition professor and has taught nutrition courses in Pennsylvania at Penn State, Messiah College, and currently at Harrisburg Area Community College, at the Gettysburg Campus. She has also been the Community Nutritionist Consultant at the Pennsylvania Department of Health and Community Nutritionist at Gettysburg Hospital in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
