What are your plans after graduation?
I will be attending Drexel University's Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program in September 2008.

Major/minors: BA Health Sciences

Why did you choose the Health Sciences Department?
I chose the Health Sciences Department because it was a perfect fit. I entered my freshmen year of college with my major undecided. I tried many departments and the Health Sciences department felt like home.  

What do you like about the Health Sciences Department?
 The faculty! They really care about their students and make themselves accessible for both academic and outside help/advice.

What are your future goals?
I want to graduate from Drexel's program and work as a physical therapist.

Any awards/accomplishments?
Dean's List; Dean's Commendation List; Centennial Conference Honor Role

Any internships?
Summer 2007 Capstone Internship. I worked for Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital and shadowed physical therapists working in outpatient physical therapy, inpatient physical therapy, rehabilitation, water therapy, and wound care. As part of my internship, I wrote a grant proposal to the Spencer Foundation. Overall, it was a good experience.
