Participants will learn in electronic classrooms on campus, and have access to the computer labs. The campus is set up for continuous wireless network use, which participants will be able to access when they arrive. The college library is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during the week.

Participants will reside on campus in single, air-conditioned rooms with a private bath. The facility is located on campus, is handicapped accessible, and is a short walk to most academic buildings.  Each person is provided with an extra-long (38 inches x 80 inches x 6 1/2 inches) bed, linens; a desk and chair; a dresser and closet space.  There is a laundry room is available.  The local Walmart is open 24 hours and available for you to pick up any forgotten items.

Lunches will be taken in the Specialty Dining Section of the Dining Hall.  Meals are also available in the College Union Building at the Commons Cafe or Bullet Hole.  Breakfast for World History Institute Participants will be served in Glatfelter Lodge each day.  Dinners vary each day.
