Degrees: BS in accounting and MBA from Shippensburg University, PhD in accounting from the University of Maryland.
A CPA, Dr. Frey worked in both public accounting and private industry prior to joining the Gettysburg College faculty in 1993. She received the 1998 Most Outstanding Faculty Member award, given by the campus Greek organization. She is the author of a number of publications in managerial/cost accounting in a manufacturing environment, and has interests in behavioral accounting, forensic accounting and strategic cost management.
