Prior to joining the department as an adjunct, Mr. Bruce worked sixteen years with Harley-Davidson Motor Company where he held the positions of engineering manager, operations manager, and systems manager. He has also been a senior management consultant specializing in leadership development, process improvement, and systems design. Mr. Bruce was a member of the Organizational Learning Center of MIT where he served as a Liaison Officer for 3 years. He served as a corporate liaison and Research Committee Member for 10 years with the Society of Organizational Learning. Currently, he is a psychotherapist for children at risk and serves as a board member for ARINA. A not-for-profit organization that conducts and facilitates social scientific research to address individual, social and global issues in a holistic manner. His research interests are adult development in organizational settings and business as a catalyst for global sustainability.
