Prior to joining Gettysburg College, Dr. Amy Hooper was a research scientist at a non-profit consulting organization where she provided solutions to enhance individual, team, and organizational performance for diverse private and public organizations. She also spent several years teaching and designing course at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Hooper's recent and ongoing research projects are in the domains of leadership, motivation, and the roles of personality and impression management in the workplace.
