Joseph Radzevick

Dr. Radzevick earned a BS in Business Administration and a PhD in Industrial Administration (Organizational Behavior and Theory) from Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to coming to Gettysburg College, he taught undergraduate courses at Carnegie Mellon's Tepper School of Business and graduate level courses at the University of California, Davis Graduate School of Management.

He conducts his research in the area of behavioral decision making, focusing on how individuals acquire and process information in competitive environments, and how those actions influence outcomes for individuals, groups, and organizations. He is particularly interested in the topics of overconfidence, comparative judgment, and trust.

His teaching here at Gettysburg College has included courses in organizational behavior, research methods, decision making, negotiations, and a senior capstone.
