Fritz Gaenslen received his Ph.D. in political science from the University of Michigan and is an associate professor at Gettysburg College. He regularly teaches courses in the politics of China, the politics of Japan, and the politics of developing countries. In addition, he teaches a senior seminar on political participation and an introductory course on comparative politics. He has published articles in World Politics, Sociological Methods and Research, Political Psychology, Political Research Quarterly and several edited volumes.
