During Spring Break 2005 students from the seminar on Civil Conflict traveled with Profs. Rob Bohrer and Caroline Hartzell to Northern Ireland to see first-hand the events and consequences of civil strife. Each year seniors with a 3.5 G.P.A. in political science are invited to enroll in the Honors program and to complete a significant research project. Students who participate present their project to the general public in the form of a poster. The 2005 poster session was held in the newly renovated Norris - Wachob Alumni House, formerly known as the White House and the former location of the Department of Political Science for almost 50 years.
