Crabfest
A very popular CAB-sponsored tradition at Gettysburg College every fall; offers free unlimited crabs, live music and is open to the entire campus
Angel- the interactive online system for courses; used to post class readings, discussions, announcements and other items
The Attic- student-designed on-campus nightclub; hosts concerts, DJ dance parties, formals, and special events
The Bullet Hole- an eatery in the CUB with subs, burgers, salads, soups
CAB- Campus Activities Board- the student-run organization that plans social events for the campus community; comprised of five main committees: concerts, traditions, special events, coffeehouse, and movie nights
CPS- Center for Public Service- a hallmark program which engages students, community members, faculty and staff in service trips and volunteer opportunities; sponsors GIV (Gettysburg Is Volunteering) day during First-Year Orientation
Coffee at Midnight- a Musselman Library tradition; a cart with free coffee, tea and hot chocolate is brought out and placed in the library at midnight; conducive to all-nighters in the library (since the library is open 24 hours!)
College Apps- apartments owned by the college and used as housing for upper class students; a popular housing option because they are located near campus academic buildings, eating options, parking lots, and the town of Gettysburg
CNAV- College Navigation- an online portal which provides information about your courses, transcript, activities, and dining and housing details
CUB- College Union Building- a center of activity on campus; location of the bookstore, post office, ballroom and The Commons
The Commons- a coffee shop and lounge located in the CUB; serves Starbucks beverages, scones, soup, and more
