Academic highlights: I have always had fantastic professors who were easy to talk to in and outside of the classroom. They were always willing to stop and chat when I saw them on campus, they've become great mentors and friends. One professor in particular, Stephanie Sellers who taught a women's studies course had a particularly strong impact. It wasn't a course for my major, but she made it enjoyable, I learned alot, and I still see her often on campus.
Extracurricular highlights: Being the President of the Gettysburg Men's Rugby Team allowed me to meet many great people. I have played rugby since high school and was eager to continue in college. I also joined a fraternity in my sophomore year that allowed me to make more great connections across campus.
After Gettysburg? I plan on attending medical school.
What makes Gettysburg great? No matter what your interests, background, or aspirations are, Gettysburg has something to offer you and supports you as an individual. I have met so many different people from all walks of life and feel that campus supprots an atmosphere that welcomes these differences.
