Academic highlights:  Working with my faculty members to achieve excellent grades while having an excellent attitude. I love Gettysburg and I hope to achieve much more over the next three years.

Social highlights: I am a member of the Black Student Union. I was actually elected to be next years Community Service Liaison. I participate in a program, through the Center for Public Service, called D.C. Outfitters. On these trips to Washington D.C., we hand out clothes and toiletries to the homeless people in the city. I am a Big Sister at the Eisenhower Elementary School in Gettysburg (I love my little Jenna)

After Gettysburg:I am a Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Major and while I am not quire sure what it is that I would like to do, I know I want to help people. The Center for Career Development is a great resource for internships and externships that will help me figure out my future.

What should new students know? Gettysburg = A highly respected degree = a great place to call home for 4 years. The opportunities here are endless.
