FAQ Prior Credits

Transfer credits are granted for courses that fit reasonably well into the Gettysburg Curriculum. Course credit, but not the grade, transfers to Gettysburg if the grade earned is a C- or better. To read about courses offered, please see our Course Catalogue. During your first semester, you must review your graduation requirements with your adviser or the registrar. In order to complete the transfer of course credits, students are required to complete one year of work at Gettysburg. You are required to earn all additional credits at Gettysburg or through a College-approved program of off-campus study.
