You received a great education and most likely have a diploma hanging on your wall to prove it. But there are some other perks that go with being a Gettysburgian, and we encourage you to take advantage of them.

myGettysburg is the college's online community for alumni. At myGettysburg, you can maintain email forwarding for your @gettysburg.edu account; search the on-line alumni directory by class year, location, field of work, employer, and more; update your profile and contact information, track your investment in the College; make a pledge or secure gift; visit Class News to read what your classmates and fellow alumni have been up to and to share your own news and photos.

Gettysburg College Pennsylvania and Maryland License Plates - Drive your pride. These attractive Gettysburg license plates feature the familiar profile of Penn Hall's cupola. College Store discounts - Get a percentage discount on one item equal to the number of years since you graduated, up to 50 percent. It only works if you're wearing your class-year button, available from the Alumni Office. (Discount applies only if you are wearing your class button and applies to any one (1) item purchased per day on in-stock merchandise only - no special orders. Cannot be combined with sales and other special promotion.)

Gettysburg College Credit Card - Support your alma mater with every purchase. Penn Club of New York - As an alum you qualify for affiliate membership at this upscale university club in the heart of Manhattan, with a health club and fitness center, formal dining room, guest rooms, and other amenities. Call 212-403-6616 to make arrangements. And when you're traveling elsewhere, reciprocal arrangements give you access to some 40 other clubs nationwide.

Legacy Weekend - Have a child who's thinking about college? Bring him or her to Legacy Weekend, held during Homecoming to give children of alumni a comprehensive introduction to the College. Students will attend workshops about the admissions process, the campus visit, and the application process. Alumni children will be the guests of Gettysburg College students who will take them to class, host them in the residence halls, and eat with them in the campus Dining Center. Parents are encouraged to attend parallel sessions, including a workshop about financial aid, the value of a liberal arts education, issues related to the transition to college, and an insider's look at what is happening at Gettysburg College.
