Advancement Systems is responsible for maintaining the data in Advance C/S, the College's alumni and donor relations database. This responsibility involves processing all gifts and pledges to Gettysburg College and keeping the biographic information in our database current. The office also provides support to all other departments in the Division of Development, Alumni and Parent Relation (DAPR).
Advancement Systems supports many offices outside of DAPR, including the President's Office, Finance and Administration, Institutional Analysis, Civil War Institute, and Career Services.
