The Volunteer Leadership Summit was a momentous event in the history of Gettysburg College. Thank you to all who took part.
Highlights of the weekend included:
- Special presentation by President Janet Morgan Riggs '77 about her vision for the future of Gettysburg College.
- Welcome Luncheon featured keynote speaker Claire Gaudiani, former President of Connecticut College, champion for American philanthropy, and Gettysburg College honorary degree recipient. Video of presentation
- Dinner celebrating the work of the Commission on the Future. Video
- Informative sessions and workshops gave volunteers the tools and information they need to continue to “Do Great Work.”
- Volunteer Board and Council meetings were held throughout the weekend.
- Gettysburg Gala welcoming members of the Cupola Society, the 1832 Society, and VLS guests. Videos
