Reunion Welcome Center
When you arrive on campus, please go to the College Union Building (CUB/SUB) lobby to sign in and obtain updated schedules, event tickets, and housing information. Registration staff will be available to answer questions, provide directions, and assist you with any special needs. Fifteen-minute parking is reserved on Lincoln Avenue for your convenience.
Registration desk hours at the CUB:
Thursday, May 30....................10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Friday, May 31.........................8:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Saturday, June 1.....................8:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Childcare
The Alumni Relations Office will offer child care during for children ages 5-12 during your Saturday night class dinners, from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Please register your children by May 20, 2013, to participate in this program - space is limited. A list of area babysitters may also be obtained from the Alumni Relations Office.
On Campus Housing
On-campus housing is available to alumni who are registered for Alumni Weekend events. The Alumni Relations Office will assign on-campus housing to alumni who register for it by Monday, May 20, 2013. On-campus housing can not be provided for those that do not register by Monday, May 20, 2013. For more information about on campus housing, please view the On Campus Housing FAQs.
Local Accommodations
If a dorm isn't your style, Gettysburg and the surrounding area has many wonderful places to stay, whether for an overnight visit or for an extended trip. View a list of area accommodations and find a hotel that meets your needs. Some hotels offer special discounts for Gettysburg alumni and parents. Feel free to ask about this discount. If you have any questions about where to stay, don't hesitate to contact us.

Parking
While on campus, you may park in any campus parking lot. Additional daytime handicapped parking is available outside the College Union Building. Town ordinances prohibit long-term and overnight street parking.
Transportation
A shuttle system is available to and from the Harrisburg and Baltimore airports, train stations, and bus stations. For fees and schedules, call College Transportation at 717-337-6923. While on campus, you may park in any campus parking lot. Additional daytime handicapped parking is available outside the College Union Building. Town ordinances prohibit long-term and overnight street parking.
If you're looking for an easy way to get around town, try the Freedom Trolley. With convenient stops on campus and at all major tourist sites in town, it's a great way to see the town.
The College Bookstore
The College Bookstore and College Union Building will have extended hours, to be listed in the updated schedule available at the registration desk. If you have any questions, please call the College Bookstore at 717-337-6363. Do not forget to wear your reunion class button, available at registration, in the College Bookstore to receive a special alumni discount of 1% off for every year since you graduated, up to 50%, on one item per day. You can shop online at the College Bookstore and stock up on your Orange & Blue apparel before you get to campus.
The Center for Career Development
The Center for Career Development offers a variety of career planning and employment-related services. It can also help with critiquing resumes, providing interviewing skills, or suggesting resources for your geographic area. Fitness Facilities
The fitness room and pool in the new Jaeger Center for Athletics, Recreation and Fitness will be available for alumni and their guests. Hours will be listed in the updated schedule available at the registration desk.
Alcohol
The town alcohol ordinance does not permit any open containers anywhere in the community or campus periphery. You can be at risk if you violate this ordinance. You are permitted to take alcoholic beverages into the residence halls. Proper identification may be requested at college events where alcohol is served.
Smoking
All facilities, including residence halls, are NON-SMOKING.
Cancellation Policy
Please notify the alumni office of any changes or cancellations to your registration by Friday May 24, 2013. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds after this date.
