Monday

Class works your entire body through various toning exercises for your arms, abs, glutes, and legs.
Jazzercise with Dina 5pm [more info]
Jazzercise takes moves from hip-hop, yoga, Pilates, jazz dance, kickboxing, and resistance training and bundles them into one hour total body workout that is lots of fun.
Abs with Bridget 6:15pm [more info]
A full core workout focusing on abs but also working with side and back muscles.
Tuesday
Toning with Bridget 6pm [more info]
A full leg and butt workout, moving all the way up the legs from the calves to the butt.
Total toning with Annalise 8pm [more info]
Full-body strength training. This class moves through each muscle group throughout the week with different focuses each day. We will use a variety of equipment to tone and strengthen.
Wednesday

Legs & Buts with Bridget 11am [more info]
A full leg and butt workout, moving all the way up the legs from the calves to the butt.
Body toning with Laura 4pm [more info]
Total body toning moves using a combination of free weights, body bar, body ball, and stepper along with intervals of cardio to get a total body workout in an hour and 15 minutes.
Hip-hop toning with Courtney at 5pm [more info]
A mix of dance moves and stationary exercises while moving to Hip-hop beats for the purpose of toning.
Core blast with Annalise 8pm [more info]
This class will focus abdomen, oblique, and lower back. We use resistance balls to maximize exercise and weights to add difficulty to the workout.
Thursday

A workout based on toning by using Plyo-metrics and Pilates through stretching exercises and repetitions.
