Deadlines:

Wednesday, February 4 - Online registration begins

Sunday, March 1 - Cover Art Contest application deadline

Wednesday, April 1, 11:59 p.m. - Online registration ends
(Edits and new applications will not be accepted beyond this point. Please note that new applications must be submitted in their completed form, including all co-presenter information, as no further edits can be made after the specified deadline)

 

Check-In:
  • All mentors and participants are asked to check-in with the Celebration staff in the CUB lobby during one of the scheduled check-in times.  Pertinent information will be distributed at that time. 
    NOTE: Students will not be permitted to present without having done so.
  • Check-In times:
    • Thursday, April 30 – 11:00a.m. – 3:00p.m.
    • Friday, May 1 – 10:00a.m. – 2:00p.m.
  • Mentor’s unable to make one of the check-in times can ask someone to retrieve their check-in packet.

4:00p.m.- 5:30p.m.  Session I: Posters - CUB Ballroom
5:00p.m.- 6:30p.m.  Reception for student participants and family members,
                                   college faculty. Location: Memorial Field. 
                                   Rain Location: Specialty Dining.


Schedule for Saturday, May 2, 2015

9:00a.m.-10:15a.m.     Session II:  Posters, Panels, Theatrical & Musical
                                        Performances and Films

10:30a.m.-11:45a.m.   Session III:  Panels, Theatrical & Musical
                                       Performances and Films

11:45a.m.-1:00a.m.     Lunch in the Ballroom for student participants and family members,
                                        faculty mentors (Reservations required)

1:15a.m.-2:30a.m.       Session IV: Posters, Panels, Theatrical & Musical
                                        Performances and Films
