How do I order cap and gown, announcements, yearbooks, Commencement videos, photos, etc.?

Caps and gowns (regalia) do not need to be ordered in advance. Regalia will be distributed by height. Caps and gowns must be obtained at the Ballroom on Commencement Preparation Day, April 25, 2008. If you will not be in town on April 25, please contact the College Bookstore to make alternative arrangements. Additional details regarding Commencement Preparation Day will be sent to seniors this spring.

Announcements can be ordered through the College Bookstore. Visit www.gettysburg.edu/bookstore and click on “Commencement Corner.” You may also call Balfour directly at 1-877-225-3687 for more information.

Yearbooks can be ordered directly from Taylor Publishing at 1-888-250-4751. The cost is $85 (not including shipping and tax).

Commencement videos are created by Odyssey Productions and can be ordered by calling 410-876-6312. Checks may be made payable to “Odyssey Productions” and mailed to: 388 Hawthorne Ct., Westminster, MD 21158.

Photos will be taken of graduates as they receive their diplomas and again after crossing the stage. Chappell Studio (800-424-3686) will send you a proof following the ceremony and you may order prints from them directly.
