I am bringing someone to the ceremony who is in a wheelchair or requires special accessibility? What accommodations can be made?

You may call the Office of Safety and Security (717-337-6912) to arrange for handicapped parking and drop off. They will need the following information to process your request: name of person needing parking accommodations, make/model/color of car, license plate # (including state), days parking needed (Sat. and/or Sun.), needs (parking or drop-off). Please make these arrangements by May 9. When you reach the ceremony site, ushers will be on hand to assist you with seating.

Wheel chairs can be rented from Laflow’s at 6 Springs Ave., Gettysburg (717-337-0881).

There will be a sign-language interpreter at the Commencement ceremony.

The Commencement ceremony will be held outdoors if at all possible. For the comfort of your guests, indoor video-broadcast locations will be available rain or shine in the following locations: Science Center 200, The Junction in the CUB, Mara Auditorium in Masters 110. If the ceremony is moved indoors, additional video locations will be available.
