Commencement Prep Day

Here’s your chance to take care of everything you need to get ready for the big day, all in one spot.  At Commencement Prep Day, seniors will pick up caps & gowns, order class rings and yearbooks, update contact information, settle accounts, receive gifts from the Alumni Association and the President's Office, and much more - Plus enter for a chance to win great prizes! It’s easy:

STEP 1:  PRE-ORDER REGALIA (by March 22)

You are responsible for pre-ordering and purchasing your regalia through the College Bookstore's website before Prep Day.  The student regalia package will include a gown, cap & tassel as well as an academic hood with the appropriate degree colors. It is important that you pre-order your student regalia by March 22, 2013: 

Please note: Student regalia pre-ordering is now closed. 

• If you pre-ordered online before the deadline, you received the lower price, ensured your size will be available for you, and you have been automatically entered into the Bookstore’s contest to win free student regalia for commencement. You will pick up your regalia package in person on Commencement Prep Day. 

• If you missed the pre-ordering deadline, you will need to purchase your regalia in person at Commencement Prep Day (April 26). A fee of $65 will be due that day and sizes cannot be guaranteed.  Please contact the Bookstore directly for details.
