A club that furthers a student`s connection to Gettysburg College and the surrounding community through close interaction with the Biology department.

Biosphere is a great club for science majors and non-science majors alike. This year, club members will be invited to participate in science-related field trips, volunteer opportunities in the Gettysburg community, and events that will introduce students to the biology faculty of Gettysburg College. Interested students will also be able to learn about student research opportunities from faculty and student presentations during meetings, and they will be able to learn about study abroad opportunities for science majors with a rigorous course-load. For those interested in science who would like to meet Biology faculty members and other students majoring in a similar area this organization is for you. Biosphere tries to meet the needs of all members and our club is always excited to accept new students.
