On-campus lodging is NOT available for part-time Civil War Institute attendees. We have, however, reserved blocks of rooms at the following hotels for your convenience. Each of these establishments will be offering discounted nightly rates for part-time CWI attendees. When you call to make a reservation, be sure to request the "Civil War Institute" room block.

Transportation To and From Gettysburg

The Gettysburg College Transportation Department offers shuttle service to make the campus accessible from Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI), Harrisburg International Airport (MDT), Harrisburg Amtrak/Bus, Dulles International Airport, and Reagan National Airport. You must make your arrangements directly with the Transportation Department at least two weeks prior to your arrival. Just complete the appropriate form below and forward to Gettysburg College Transportation:
