Gettysburg has an average class size of 18. Close to 20% of class sections have fewer than 10 students enrolled.

Employee Ethnicity (2008-09)

The College continues to increase the diversity of faculty, administration, and support staff. 17% of the full-time faculty and 7% of the full-time administration and support staff are from under-represented racial/ethnic groups.

Student-faculty ratio

Over the past 5 years 13 faculty have been added to maintain a student-faculty ratio at 10.7 to 1. The goal is to further reduce this ratio over the next two years.
