Gettysburg Sangha

Type: Cultural,Religious Organizations,Special Interest

The purpose of Gettysburg Sangha is threefold: to spread the awareness of a different religious perspective to the Gettysburg student community, to explore Buddhism outside of the Gettysburg College campus, an to expose students to meditation practices.  Gettysburg Sangha will use its resources to purchase books on Buddhism, and also fund trips to Buddhist Centers in the neighboring areas of Gettysburg.  We aim to broaden the outlook of the student community by allowing any student interested in the Buddhist philosophy to join the organization.

We have welcomed the Sangha club back to campus this semester.  If you are interested in being a part of this organization, the contact information is below.
