Why is there a registration fee?

In order to provide high quality and a variety of programming for families, it is necessary to charge a nominal registration fee. Instead of placing individual fees on certain programs, we elected to charge one fee that will offset the overall costs of family weekend.

What do we get if we register?

- Priority access to meals
- Priority access to special events
- Special discounts
- Prizes and giveaways

When signing up for events, should I register my student?

It depends.

For the dining options, your student may use their meal plan for On-Campus dining. There will be a charge for dining options that are outside of the Dining Center, such as the APO Pancake Breakfast.

For entertainment options, you must include your student in the count, unless it says otherwise.
If you're not sure, give us a call, and we'll help you out.

How do I know if you received my online registration?

You should receive an email confirmation from our office.

What if I cannot register online?

Call our office (717-337-6304) and we will personally fill out the online form with you on the line.

What if I don't want to register online?
Can I still come?

On-site registration will be available in the College Union Building Lobby, Friday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Please note that there is a $5 late registration
charge for on-site registration.

What if there are no more tickets for an event I want to attend?

Stop by the registration area during Family Weekend. Some times, people do not show up at registration, or additional tickets may become available.

When will I get my tickets?

Your tickets will be included in your information packet when you arrive for Family Weekend.

What if I have special needs?

Many buildings and parking spaces are handicapped accessible, but there are a few that are not. All accessible facilities are marked on the campus map. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to accommodate you and to make your visit enjoyable.

Where do I park?

You may park in almost every campus lot, unless indicated for service vehicles, campus vehicles, etc. However, street parking is controlled by the Borough and will be enforced. Please consider using the Freedom Transit Trolly system provided by the Borough.

Where do I go to pick up my registration?

The lobby of the College Union Building.

Can we receive a refund if we cannot attend?

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund for Family Weekend registration or events. Because we pay fees to various event agencies, you are committed to the charge. If you feel you have a special circumstance, please contact the Office of Student Activities for assistance.

I want to make a change but I have already submitted
my registration. What should I do?

Email with your changes and we will make the corrections for you.
