Advertising on Campus
The Bookstore, CUB, Dining Center, and John F. Jaeger Center for Athletics, Recreation, and Fitness allow our campus community to submit content to be displayed on the monitors located in the the respective areas. All content will be reviewed by the manager of that area before being displayed. The following rules must be followed.
FOR PICTURES (All Areas):
- Content should be submitted using the MS Publisher template. Download template (PUB). This allows managers to make minor necessary changes appropriate to their areas.
- After approval the template will be converted to a .jpg for display.
- The picture will display for 15 seconds per rotation.
FOR VIDEOS (Dining Lobby Only):
- All videos must be in MPG4 format.
- The dimensions to be displayed must be a minimum of width 1024, height 652.
- Keep size under 2 MBs.
- Videos must be under 15 seconds in length.
- The display accepts HD.
FOR NAPKIN HOLDERS (Dining Only):
- A reservation can be made by e-mailing email@example.com
FOR ALL CONTENT:
- Include the location, date, time and sponsor of your content.
- Email the completed content along with the dates to be displayed to AdvertiseOnCampus@gettysburg.edu
You can also submit content to be displayed on the Student Landing Page:
BANNERS IN THE SLIDESHOW:
- Size the image to 600px wide by 250px high.
- Send image as jpg or png file along with link (if there is one) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
