If you do not already have an instant messenger account, you will need to sign up for an account with one of the services and either download free software or use a web-based version.

You can IM a librarian during regular reference desk hours:
- Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
- Friday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
- Sunday 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
