The Book Cart Drill Team Takes 3rd Place in the Marching Groups at the Gettysburg Halloween Parade!
Musselman Library’s Book Cart Drill Team is at it again! On Tuesday, October 23rd, decked out in “zombie” makeup and our “Gett Down With Your Funky Shelf” orange t-shirts, 8 librarians marched/danced down the streets of Gettysburg in the annual Halloween Parade.

The marching routines consisted of
moves to the “Monster Mash” and the “Addams
Family.” We also included some free-style moves to
“Thriller” and the “Ghost Busters” theme song. In
the end, however, it all came down to the 60 second routine in front of
the judges’ stand. There, in true zombie form, we danced to
“Thriller” and took home the 3rd place prize in the
Marching Groups!
