Reserve a Room

This service is only for students, faculty, administration, and staff of Gettysburg College.

Students

Students are welcome to convene study groups in the library but currently cannot reserve a room. Please confine your meeting places to the ground or main floor as floors 2, 3, and 4 are meant for quiet study.

Faculty, Administration and Staff

To reserve Room 018, call Media Services at Ext. 7022.
To reserve Room 020, the electronic classroom, call Ext. 6604.

At this time, we have no private lockable study rooms or carrels available for faculty, but we will try to accommodate your needs.
