Gettysburg College recognized as a great college to work for by Chronicle of Higher Education

The Chronicle of Higher Education recognized Gettysburg College for outstanding performance in 10 out of 12 categories in the 2012 Great Colleges to Work For survey.

From the Chronicle:

New parents at the college get generous leaves: 16 weeks of paid leave for mothers, and nine weeks for fathers. After their second year on campus, faculty and staff start receiving annual contributions toward their retirement, valued at 10 percent of their salary.
