Gettysburg mentioned as future college of a young reenactor in Frederick News-Post

Gettysburg College was mentioned as part of the future plans of an 18-year-old reenactor in a June 27 Frederick News-Post article.

From the News-Post:

Sniezek, who graduated this year from Walkersville High School, plans to attend Gettysburg College in the fall to study history. He started re-enacting at age 10, but Sniezek was too young to join the men on the battlefield. He stayed in camp, where he learned about Civil War medicine and was soon teaching it to others. He was also part of the signal corps, which used flags to communicate messages to and from the field.
