Patrick Hagner, Class of 2004, sent this figure from his paper in Blood, the leading hematological malignancy journal. "I described how people who consume small amounts of alcohol (1-2 drinks/day) have a decreased incidence of non-Hodgkin lymphoma," said Hagner, a Ph.D. candidate at the
University of Maryland School of Medicine. A Photo of the Day contest is under way, with an iPod touch as prize.
