Shannon Johnson, Class of 2008, captured this image during finals week last year. The Musselman Library staircase "is always very striking with the shapes it creates of triangles within circles. I was surprised to discover the rectangular shadows that created a new layer to this exciting piece," Johnson wrote. A Photo of the Day contest is under way, with an iPod touch as the prize. Sixty-seven individuals submitted entries by the July 10 deadline. An online poll will determine the winner. The poll will be posted soon in the first-ever online edition of the College's alumni magazine. Entered images will continue to be posted here.
