Gary Brautigam, the College's director of Dining Services, recently gave a lesson on easy, nutritious cooking on a shoestring budget to residents of the Adams County Homeless Shelter. Part of a series of weekly life skills classes, the event was planned by Yaa Addison, Melissa Dorrance (who shot the photo), Mikaela Gerry, and Christiana Martin, students in the College’s service-learning first-year seminar on homelessness.
