Members of philosophy Prof. Dan DeNicola's first-year seminar, Secrets and Lies, in front of the National Archives in Washington, D.C., where they learned about the federal system of classifying documents. The briefing was arranged in a “secure room” by Meredith Stewart ’02, a policy analyst at the Information Security Oversight Office, who was a student in the same seminar in 1998. The seminar also toured the International Spy Museum.
