Dining Services observed Mardi Gras on Tuesday, serving Pennsylvania Dutch fasnachts at every meal as well as a traditional dinner with crawfish three ways, hush puppies, a Cajun buffet with chicken, shrimp, and tasso ham jambalaya, and king cake complete with a good luck plastic baby. Live music provided another taste of New Orleans as the Sunderman Conservatory's Jazz Dispatch played in the Dining Center. Directed by Prof. Paul Austerlitz, the group includes Curt Gottschalk, saxophone, Rob Whipple, bass, Alex Posmontier, piano, and Thomas Neufeld, drums. Photo by Deb Hydock
