On Saturday, Feb. 4, 80 first-year and sophomore students participated in a leadership retreat coordinated by Gettysburg College’s Garthwait Leadership Center (GLC). “It’s difficult to demonstrate leadership without being able to identify what exactly it is in the first place,” said Kal Decato ’12, a GLC Leadership Mentor. “One of the breakout groups used this chart to help them sort through their definition of leadership.”
