Ten students and one staff member recently traveled to New Orleans and volunteered for the St. Bernard Project, a grassroots, nonprofit organization that rebuilds and provides financial and community support to families in and beyond St. Bernard Parish, L.A. displaced and devastated by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
