Jennifer Powell
Assistant Professor of Biology
Powell earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics and biology from Hendrix College and a Ph.D. in molecular cell biology in the division of genetics and development at the University of California at Berkeley. She was a National Institute of Health Ruth L. Kirschstein postdoctoral fellow at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital.

Professor of Psychology
Siviy served as a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Sydney and UCLA. He teaches courses in behavioral neuroscience, psychopharmacology, and statistics.

Kathleen Sasnett
Assistant Professor of Voice and Opera
An avid recitalist and oratorio soloist, Sasnett has performed in America and Europe, excelling in both opera and musical theatre. She has been the featured soprano soloist in varied works such as Beethoven's 9th Symphony, Verdi's Requiem, and Mozart's Requiem. Sasnett also published a book entitled "Twenty-Five Works for the Dramatic Soprano Voice and Orchestra."
