Have you accessed your student account billing statement for the Fall 2009 semester?

The payment due date for the Fall 2009 semester is August 3^rd.

Online Billing Presentment:  The College uses an online bill presentment process called QuikPay to send the monthly billing statement to your Gettysburg College email address.    (Please note:  This system does not require you to make online payments.  You may pay your student account balance online or you may mail a check to Gettysburg College.) 

The online billing statement can also be sent to anyone you set up in the QuikPay system to access your online billing statement.  Instructions are available online at www.gettysburg.edu/student_accounts then QuikPay System>QuikPay Instructions>Authorized Payer.

First Year Student Account Billing Statement Access: 

• You should have received an email on June 17^th from finserv@gettysburg.edu to your Gettysburg College.edu email address that notified you that an online billing statement was available for viewing.
• You may access the student account statement by clicking on the link included in that email and entering your login information and password (this is the same login and password information you use to access your email at Gettysburg College)
• You may also access your student account statement by:
• o Logging into the Student Center,
• o Choosing Self Service
• o Campus Finances
• o Make a Payment
• o QuikPay System
• o View Accounts
• o Current Statement
• Instructions for setting up a parent or guardian to receive the billing statement as an "authorized payer" can be found at here.
• You should set up authorized payers as soon as possible to ensure timely access to the Fall billing statement.
