Huber Hall

 

Maxine Kutner '11 (Orientation Leader) hails from Millwood, New York and is a Psychology major and a Political Science minor.  She is a member of the varsity women's swim team (2009 Conference Champs!) and a sister in the Alpha Delta Pi sorority.  She enjoys spending time with her friends, traveling, going out to eat, and watching various TV shows.  She was an orientation leader last year and loved the experience!  She can't wait to meet the Class of 2013.

 

 

 

 

 

Alyssa Cecchetelli '11 (Orientation Leader) will be entering her junior year at Gettysburg College.  She is a biology major and is also involved in yearbook, Women's College Rugby, and is a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority.  She is originally from Pleasantville, NY, where she grew up with her two brothers.  She is very active in sports, loves pigs, and cannot live without the BRAVO channel.  She plans to study abroad in Australia during the spring 2010 semester.  She loves to talk, laugh, eat ice cream, and take pictures.

 

 

 

 

Anna Armagno '11 (Resident Assistant) is a Theatre Arts major and Spanish minor at Gettysburg College. She is behind the scenes working on the set, if not on stage, for every mainstage theatre production and can be seen working at the Bookstore once or twice a week. She is more optimistic than anyone you will ever meet and will probably quote a movie every time you see her. She is a lover of dogs, cookie dough, Disney movies and thunderstorms. Be respectful and you will have a wonderful year!

 

 

Chris Bruno '10 (Orientation Leader) is a rising senior from Silver Spring, Maryland.  He is pursuing an Environmental Science major and an Italian minor.  On campus he is involved in three campus jobs, Lambda Chi Alpha, and a varsity tennis player.  Chris is looking forward to kicking off a new school year and meeting the Class of 2013!

 

 

 

Dawn Grashorn '11 (Residence Coordinator) is a rising junior and political science major at Gettysburg College.  She was a RA in Patrick last year, and will take on the role of Huber Resident Coordinator this fall.  Dawn is an active sister in Alpha Delta Pi, and volunteers bi-monthly at the Ronald McDonald House in Hershey, PA.  She is interning at Citi Private Bank in NYC over the summer and can't wait to meet her new residents in August!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Anne Lenrow '12 (Orientation Leader), a sophomore, is from Washington, D.C.  She is a Political Science and French double major, with a possible minor in Spanish.  She has lived in D.C. for 18 years of her life, and loves the city!  Family, friends, and travelling are a big part of her life.  She loves her new home at Gettysburg College and is excited to meet the incoming class of 2013!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Caitlin Bay '11 (Resident Assistant) is a junior at Gettysburg College. She lives in Flemington, New Jersey with her parents and two siblings. At Gettysburg, she has a major in Sociology and a minor in Education as she aspires to be an elementary school teacher. As a part of the education program she has spent much time at various elementary schools observing in classrooms, tutoring, and working with students hands on in order to help them in certain areas of the classroom. On campus, in addition to being a part of Residence Life, Caitlin dedicates much of her time to sports as she plays outfield for the Gettysburg Softball team. She is very excited to be on staff and working with the freshmen class and looks forward to a great year as a Resident Assistant!

  

Scott Bye '11 (Orientation Leader) will be entering his junior year at Gettysburg College.  He is a health sciences and political science double major from West Chester, Pennsylvania.  He is a member of the co-ed service fraternity, Alpha Phi Omega, and he is a Community Advisor in Musselman Hall.  When he is not studying, Scott enjoys going to the beach, reading, running, and hanging out with friends.  He cannot wait to meet the Class of 2013!

 

 

Alex Ferraro '12 (Resident Assistant) will be serving as a Resident Assistant on the 3rd floor of Huber Hall for the coming year.  A sophomore History major from Brookville, PA, Alex also serves as Treasurer of the Student Senate, is a member of the Honor Commission, plays Trombone in the college Symphony Band and works as a Research Supervisor in the Political Science Department.  An Eagle Scout, Alex plans to attend law school after graduation and one day enter politics as an elected official. 

 

 

Carolyn Dooley '11 (Orientation Leader) is entering her junior year at Gettysburg College.  She is from New Canaan, CT and is majoring in Political Science.  She is involved on campus with the Center for Public Service, tutoring at Wee Care, an after school program in Gettysburg.  Carolyn is also a member of S.A.R.A. (Students Against Relational Aggression) teaching young girls about bullying.  She enjoys playing intramural field hockey and is a sister of Alpha Delta Pi sorority.  She is looking forward to a fun and exciting orientation!
