My name is Jessiey Ken-Kwofie and I'm a sophomore Health Sciences BA major from Westfield, NJ. On campus, I am a member of the Gettysburg Softball team and a referee for Campus Recreation Intramural Sports. I love to make playlists on Spotify, play Spikeball, and hang out with friends. I like to spend my time in the Jaegar Center and Servo when I'm not in class in the Science Center. I am very excited to meet the Class of 2022 and welcome them to their new home!

Jennifer is a sophomore from Darnestown Maryland who is an English and Spanish double major. She is an active member of the Gettysburg theater department, Shots In The Dark Improv Comedy, Harry Potter Club, HerCampus, and The Gettysburgian. During the summer, Jennifer is a lifeguard. Fun fact: Jennifer is fluent in Spanish. She is so excited to be an Orientation Leader this year and cannot wait to meet all of you!

My name is Sarahrose Jonik and I am a Junior Biology, BS major from Glenmoore, Pennsylvania. I play softball for the Bullets and am on the team’s leadership committee called Unity Council. Apart from being an Orientation Leader, I am also a member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee, Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, & various volunteer activities. I also had the best time on campus this summer conducting Aquatic Toxicology research with the Biology department as a part of the X-Sig summer internship. Any free time I have is spent either roaming the Science Center, quoting Spongebob, or just relaxing with my friends around campus. I am beyond excited to meet the Class of 2022 & show them everything that makes Gettysburg, great!

My name is Brynn Griffith and I am a Health Sciences BA major from Horsham, Pennsylvania. On campus, I am a member of the Gettysburg Softball team and a volunteer at the Painted Turtle Farm. Along with that, I am the Gettysburg Women’s Basketball Team’s (unofficial) number 1 fan, GO BULLETS! I love skiing, hiking, biking, kayaking, and pretty much any other outdoor activity you could possibly name. But above anything else, I love meeting new people and making new friends. So, with that being said, I’m super excited to meet all of the incoming First-Years and share an amazing new experience together!

My name is Kiersten and I am a rising senior! I am a health science major planning to pursue a job as a physician assistant. I am from Falmouth, ME and spent the Fall 2017 semester abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark. I have been involved with the track and field team, Habitat for Humanity club, Health Sciences club, and the residence life office for the last few years and look forward to adding more to the list this year!

Megan Zierold

Megan Zierold

Megan is a junior from Hillsborough, NJ studying Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. She is also pursuing a minor in music. Megan plays the clarinet in the Wind Symphony and recently travelled with this ensemble to Germany and the Czech Republic over spring break. In addition to working as a resident assistant in Hanson Hall, Huber Hall, and most notably the Gettysburg Hotel, Megan has also worked for the Admissions Office as a tour guide and student ambassador. Megan has served as the Co-President of Zouave, Gettysburg’s contemporary dance group, and Choreography Chair for Trisigma, one of the social sororities on campus. Megan likes to spend her free time baking, doing arts and crafts, and maintaining her dog’s social media presence. She is looking forward to serving as an RA on Rice 2 for the Fall of 2018, as she will be studying abroad in the spring. Megan can’t wait to welcome the Class of 2022 to campus!

My name is Patrick Lopez. I am part of the class of 2022. I am pursuing an Anthropology major and I have an interest in the Human Rights and Theatre minors. In addition to being a Resident Assistant on the Second Floor of Rice Hall, I work as a tour guide and ambassador, I have taken part in a school theatre production, and in my free time, I play with the Ultimate Frisbee team.

Maddie Miller

Maddie is a sophomore from Shippensburg, Pennsylvania. She plans on majoring in Mathmatical Economics with a minor in business. On campus, she works for Residential and First Year Programs as a RA for Rice Hall, she is also employed by the Admissions Office and the Gettysburg College Bookstore. When she does have free time, Maddie enjoys playing with the club Ultimate Frisbee team, engaging in other events around campus with friends, and reading on Stine Lake.  She is excited for the new school year and to meet the class of 2022!

I am a sophomore double majoring in economics and public policy, with a minor in philosophy. Because I grew up in Buffalo, NY I am a huge Buffalo Bills fan. As a Gettysburg College student, I have participated in the Garthwait leadership program, college democrats, habitat for humanity and intramural sports.
