We are excited for you to join the Gettysburg College Community and look forward to your arrival in August. In an effort to assist you in your process of preparing for your student to begin his/her Gettysburg experience, we have several resources listed here for your reference. In addition to these resources, please do not hesitate to contact our office. During the academic year, we are open Monday through Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm and in the summer, we are open Monday through Friday, 8.00am - 4.30pm. 717.337.6304

We would like to recommend that you set up a Parent CNAV account by accessing the link and submitting a request for a Parent CNAV Account.

CNAV (College NAVigation) is our online portal, providing you with a gateway for information about your student's college experience. Within this system you have the capability to update a variety of information for your student, including emergency contacts and insurance. Additionally, you can review and update the extended family information.

For your enjoyment, we have come up with a list of books that we recommend for both parents and students before coming to Gettysburg College. These books are fun, easy, and enjoyable reads and will show parents how to help their student enhance their Gettysburg College experience. You can access these recommended readings on the left hand menu by clicking the "Recommended Readings" tab.
