8.00am - 11.30am
Check-in at First-Year Residence Halls, East and West Quads

9.00am - 1.00pm
Information tables for community businesses, North Lawn corner of Washington Street and Lincoln Avenue (outside of Breidenbaugh Hall)

10.30am- 4.00pm
The Hospitality Gazebo is staffed by current parents who are eager to answer your questions and/or point you in the right direction, you can find maps, water, and other parent resources. Stine Lake, Gazebo

11.00am - 1.00pm
Lunch for students and families, Dining Hall (please follow time slots provided during check-in)

11.00am - 1.00pm
Lunch for all student athlete's and families with an address around noon by staff from the Athletic Deptartment, Under the tent, Memorial Field

1.00pm
Parents as Partners, College Union Building (CUB) Ballroom
(students will be meeting their orientation groups at this time in another location)

2.00pm - 2.40pm & 2.45pm - 3.30pm
Conference Style Sessions for Families Each session offered twice

Staying Safe and Healthy at Gettysburg College

178th Opening Convocation Ceremony, Beachem Portico (Penn Hall north side)
*please note, students are expected to dress appropriately (business casual) for an academic ceremony, but families should feel free to come as they are from the move-in day.

5.00pm
Light reception for families and students to say goodbye, Old Quad, Penn Hall south side

6.30pm - 8.30pm, A buffet dinner for Class of 2013 parents who are traveling from a distance. By invitation only.
